Our favorite country couple (lol) Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus have filed for divorce a third time. In an exclusive statement given to PEOPLE back in April, the couple said, "It is after 30 years, five amazing children, and a lifetime of memories, we have decided to go our separate ways — not with sadness, but with love in our hearts."

Yes, you read that correctly. April. Here we are settling into October and Billy Ray has seemingly moved on with someone less than half his age.

The 61-year-old achy breaky rockstar has shacked up with Australian pop star, Firerose. The pair recorded a song together last year and have grown ~closer~ since then. Recently, Firerose has been spotted with a very big ring on a very important finger and rumor has it that our girl Miles is not here for it.

Apparently, since the divorce, Miley has taken her mother’s side and the news of having a potential step mother who is actually one year younger than her, is not sitting well.
